This is an intense challenge with guaranteed results if you give me a 100% commitment for 12 weeks only.

What’s involved in the challenge?
1: 5 x compulsory training session weekly (am/pm)
2: Nutritional advice (strictly no sugar except fruits)
3: Weekly weigh in to check bodyfat %
4: Before and after photo
5: Private Facebook page for ongoing support
6: Food diary for 12 weeks
We will have a compulsory team meeting/weigh in on Sunday 15/04/18 at Apple Jack Bar and Eatery ( 2 Dunrodbin Place, Highland Park) at 3pm.
